Alb Gold's Organic Broad Pasta is made from the finest organic spelt flour and fresh eggs. Spelt is one of the oldest cultivated grains. It is high in fibre and has a higher content of protein and vitamins than wheat. The large surface area of the broad pasta ribbons make them the perfect accompaniment to more robust sauces and ragus.
