Ingredients
- 2 medium carrots finely grated
- 125g pure apple baby food jar
- 100ml Holle Organic Baby Weaning Oil
- 1 crushed ripe banana
- 100g almond flour
- 150g whole grain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- Mix the flour with baking powder
- To the carrots, add the apple purée, oil, banana and eggs and mix well
- Stir in the flour mixture
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees / gas mark 3
- Pour into the cake tin - baking time approx. 70 minutes
