Delicious Potato Cakes from the Holle Kitchen

A simple, wholesome and tasty recipe for all the family to enjoy which can be adapted for free-from diets by using gluten free flour and millet.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes, then stir in the egg and oil
  2. Fold in the Holle Junior Muesli and flour
  3. Cut the spinach into fine strips and fold in
  4. Form into cakes and fry on both sides until golden brown
  5. Season to taste

So simple to make and so full of goodness – enjoy!
