Vegetable Waffles from the Holle Kitchen

It’s slowly getting colder … Time for an autumn recipe. Vegetable waffles from the Holle kitchen – simple, tasty and healthy!

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Baking time: 30 minutes
Difficulty level: easy
Makes about 12 waffles

Ingredients

200 g spelt flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs
100 ml Holle Organic Growing Up Milk 3 / milk
150 g Holle Organic Potatoes, Pumpkin and Zucchini Baby Food Jar
125 g Holle Organic Pear Baby Food Jar
4 tbsp Holle Organic Baby Weaning Oil or Holle Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method

Beat the eggs until frothy, and add the milk, purees and oil.
Mix the sieved flour and baking powder together, and pour the egg mixture into the bowl. Stir thoroughly. Then grease and heat the waffle iron, and cook.

So simple to make and so full of goodness – enjoy!
